How To : Access and Download Customer Veeam Cloud Connect Backup to Offline External Hard Drive via Secure FTP

1. You must connect to CJ1 VPN. (This secure FTP only allow CJ1 VPN IP to access)

2. Open any FTP client, Example: WinSCP

FTP Port: 21
Encryption: TLS/SSL Explicit encryption
Hostname: aims-cj1-seed1.titansi.com.my
Username and Password can be found inside Secret Server

3. Finally select which backup to download to offline external hard drive

From backup server, it already configured auto schedule to mirror customer cloud backup to seed server based on customer requirement for example below:

Example: For Customer Gohbrother, they need to copy every 2 week (folder date must be 14/15 & 30/31) in this case, so we need to double check folder date on FTP before download to offline external hard drive
