Login to TITANSI’s Veeam Availability Console

1. Tenant will received one Welcome email notification for backup portal login info

2. Go to BU Cloud VM Instance, login to TITANSI’s Veeam Availability Console URL: https://dpm-mycyber.titansi.cloud:1280/ and enter the username and password

3. Backup portal Summary view

4. Go to Managed Computers, click Download Agent

5. Install ManagementAgent.exe from download folder, then click Install

6. Once done the Installation, go to Veeam Management Agent

7.  Enter Cloud Gateway URL with username and password given by Welcome Email

8. Click Apply to connect the Agent to Cloud Gateway, status must show Connected

9. Go back to backup portal, refresh the browser, BU VM cloud instance will now show on Discovered Computers, then select the VM, Click on Install Backup Agent

10. Install Backup Agent use guest OS credentials, and select predefined Backup policy or Create New, then click Apply

11. Click on Agent Deployment tab to view Backup Agent Deployment Progress, it will take few minutes to remote deploy the Backup Agent

12. Once done installation, to make sure the backup agent is installed, go to VM instance search for Veeam Agent, click on Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows

13. Veeam Agent GUI

GUI will show this application is managed by your system administrator, because it managed by backup portal

14. Go to Backup Jobs and Start the backup or click Edit to reconfigure the backup policy

15. Go back to GUI from the cloud VM instance, Veeam Agent is now backing up the cloud VM instance
