How To: Export Backup Logs from Veeam Service Provider Console for troubleshooting

Log in to VSPC

AIMS Cj1 – https://dpm-mycyber.titansi.cloud:1280/

AIMS KL – https://dpm-myaims.titansi.cloud:1280/

1. Go to Backup Jobs > Select Backup Job > Click on Download Logs

2. Select the time period for collecting logs to be downloaded > click Apply

3. Logs will start to download. Downloading logs depend on file size, please wait

4. Extract the backup logs > go to folder

Example: 2020-xx-xx(09_58_55)_VeeamServiceProviderConsole\ProgramData\Veeam\Endpoint\backpjobname

5. Search for error from Job.xxx_Backup.Backup.log
