Connect to CJ1 VPN, remote desktop to Veeam backup server “cvbr-1”.

Open Veeam Backup & Replication Console

Right click any last backup job > Click Clone

Edit the Clone Job and rename to new customer backup job example: “PC-BU-CustomerXXX_Backups”

Next, remove VM which is cloned by previous job and click Add to add new customer VM into this backup job, you can use search to find the new customer VM

Next, leave everything as default, adjust only Restore points to keep on disk upon customer request.

Click Advanced > Go to Encryption and add new file encryption for new customer. P.S. : Different customer using different password for encryption

Next, leave this settings as default

Next, go to Schedule select After this job > select the last backup job before this newly backup job > click Finish

Done
