NEC : Restart service

* PROD application server (103.197.57.133)
* UAT application server (103.197.57.138)

To restart AFC service only:
1. login as root to the server console
2. stop AFC service by issuing:
service tomeeafc stop
3. start AFC service by issuing:
service tomeeafc start
4. allow arounnd 5-10 minutest for service to start before checking

For reference, to restart TMS service only:
1. login as root to the server console
2. stop TMS service by issuing:
service tomeetms stop
3. start TMS service by issuing:
service tomeetms start
4. allow around 5-10 minutes for service to start before checking
